End-to-End Recruiting Process Transformation

Process Review and Improvements project to level up the Talent Acquisition function with a major player in US dairy ingredients production.

Accountable for:

• Comprehensive analysis of all aspects of Talent Acquisition (people, resources, and processes)

• Change recommendations and project planning

• Implementation, training, and change management

• Metrics and reporting

"This isn't working," the CHRO said when she called. She knew about the tight market, she had people on leave and new hires needing training. Retention was a challenge and business was booming. She had to fix the talent acquisition function... fast.

Together, we systematically reviewed every stage of the hiring process, explored available resources, people, and tools, and prioritized the work. From there, we started what can only be called a transformation. The end result is just around the corner: a talented TA team who have the tools and training they need to hire better, and faster. Our goals are to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring manager satisfaction.
